Dr. Doug Callow prides himself on the family atmosphere of his Plymouth, MI dentist office. And it really is like a family. His office manager is his daughter. And more than half of the Callow Family Dentistry team were patients before they became employees.
Autumn loves working side by side with her father-in-law. She was trained as a dental assistant while on the job and has been a member of our dental office since 2014. Autumn enjoys interacting with patients and getting to know them on a personal basis. She is trained to work in many facets of the office and often helps with insurance.
Autumn is a mother of two boys, ages 4 and 1. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and being an active mother. Her hobbies include interior decorating and enjoying time with family.
Cassidy has been a member of the Callow Family Dentistry family since she was born, but she began working alongside her dad at the young age of 13. Cassidy did on-the-job training as a dental assistant throughout high school and completed a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with a minor in healthcare management in 2016. She is certified to use local anesthesia, inhaled sedation, and CPR.
Cassidy is also serving as our office manager, and she really enjoys working alongside her family each day. Her passion lies within patient care, which is one of the big reasons she decided to go into dental hygiene. She loves working with patients to make sure they are comfortable and at ease during their appointment. Regarding management, Cassidy loves interacting with her wonderful team to create an enjoyable working environment that reflects the goals and vision of our practice.
In her spare time, Cassidy enjoys exercising and personally training people to adopt a healthy fitness lifestyle. During the summer, she enjoys playing soccer and doing outside activities. Cassidy values her time with family and friends, especially with her nieces and nephews. Her weekends are often spent relaxing on the lake.
Janet enjoys being the first one to greet patients when they walk in the door! She has been working in our office since 2013 and enjoys building relationships with our patients. Janet works a lot with insurance companies and helping patients schedule appointments. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing clothing for herself and family members. She likes joking around with her grandchildren and watching them raise her great-grandchildren. She also enjoys cooking for her family when they all come over for large gatherings.
Kelly has been a fixture at Callow Family Dentistry since 1999! She has nearly 30 years of experience and continues to learn each year with classes required by the ADA. Kelly has an associate’s degree in dental hygiene and another in applied science. She is certified to use inhaled sedation as well as perform CPR. Ultimately, Kelly’s favorite part of this job is seeing patients and sharing stories with them.
When away from the office, Kelly loves being a mom to three great kids: Joey, Abby, and Lizzie. She has been married since 1995 to her husband, Sean. As a family, they love to spend time together traveling.
Lanicia joined our Callow Family Dentistry team in 2016. She greatly enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds and having the ability to make a positive impact on their oral health. Lanicia is certified in local anesthesia, inhaled sedation, and CPR. When not helping patients, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling as much as possible.
Lindsay loves seeing patients and teaching them about their oral health! She enjoys helping our patients understand how to properly care for their mouth and is very passionate about patient education. Lindsay has been with our team since 2013, though she has been a hygienist since 2011. Lindsay is certified in local anesthesia, inhaled sedation, and CPR. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband, newborn son, and two dogs. She frequently takes her dogs for runs in the morning and then spends her time with family.
Ronda has been helping people improve their smiles since 2002, and she brought all of that experience to our dentist office in 2014. Ronda enjoys helping Dr. Callow give patients a beautiful smile and making them feel comfortable during a procedure. When not helping patients, Ronda loves to go to the beach and travel with her family.
