Prevent Baby Bottle Tooth Decay [video]

Family Dentistry 1 at Douglas A. Callow, DDS Office in Plymouth, MI

Tooth decay in babies is called baby bottle tooth decay, or baby bottle mouth. Even though baby teeth are temporary, it’s still important to take good care of them, because they serve as placeholders for adult teeth. If baby teeth are lost prematurely, permanent teeth may grown in improperly and cause all sorts of problems.

Watch this video from the American Dental Association to learn how you can help keep your baby’s mouth healthy.

At Callow Family Dentistry, we see patients of all ages, including very  young children. To book an appointment, fill out our online form. Or call our Plymouth, MI dental office at 734-404-7336.
